We are committed to making Home Matters a place where caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of agePreferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesResponsibilitiesExecute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionshipRequirementsExperience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior careNegative drug screen, cleared background screening and work-related references as part of the onboarding processReliable TransportationWorking EnvironmentClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesPhysical RequirementsAble to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleCompensationJob Type: Full-time/Part-timePay: Starting at $17/hr, depending on experienceAccess to Earned Pay On-DemandPaid OrientationsPay Debit CardsPaid Sick Leave (up to 40 hours annually)Holiday Premium Pay (working on approved holidays)Rewards Program – Earn points for attendance, engagement, referrals, and other achievements that can be redeemed for gift cards and rewardsGPS time and attendance technology enhances access to scheduling and client care information
