Caregiver / CNA (Full-Time or PRN)The Springs at Whitefish – Whitefish, MT This is a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule. Available shifts are 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. Looking for meaningful work where you can build relationships, grow your career, and make a daily difference? Responsibilities may include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility support, and personal careProviding companionship, encouragement, patience, and emotional supportResponding promptly to resident calls for assistanceSupporting meal service and light housekeeping tasksWorking collaboratively with caregivers, med techs, nursing staff, and other departments to meet resident needsObserving changes and communicating resident updates with the care teamWhat We’re Looking For / Qualifications:Friendly, dependable, and compassionate individuals who enjoy helping othersStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexible, observant, and reliable work ethicAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningNew to caregiving or healthcare?
