Caregiver PositionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver at Western Slope in Home Care. This is a full-time, hourly position within the healthcare/medical field located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care and assistance to our clients in their homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life.Compensation & Benefits: This is a Part-Time Flexibility, hourly position with a competitive compensation of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan options.Responsibilities:Provide personal care services to clients, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssist with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundryProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsFollow care plans and document any changes or concerns in client's conditionAdminister medication and assist with medication management as directed by medical professionalsTransport clients to and from appointments and errands as neededCommunicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionalsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver or similar roleAbility to pass a criminal background checkValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEEOC Statement: Western Slope in Home Care is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
