Care Professionals NeededPart-Time Day, Evening & Weekend Shifts | $16–$18/hourHome Instead is looking for dependable, compassionate Care Professionals to support clients in Stitzer, Boscobel and Bloomington, Wisconsin.These are established recurring assignments where consistency matters. We are looking for Care Pros who enjoy building relationships with older adults, can confidently support changing care needs, and understand that great care means helping someone remain as safe, independent, and connected as possible.Open ShiftsStitzer, WIWednesday, Thursday, Saturday and SundaySaturday and Sunday: 8 am to 12 pmThis client assignment requires a Care Pro comfortable with hands-on personal care, mobility and fall-risk support, dementia/forgetfulness, meal preparation, and household assistance. Both clients use walkers, and one requires hands-on stabilization with shower transfers.The right Care Pro will also understand the importance of connecting before directing. Gentle redirection, patience, humor, and conversation are important parts of successfully supporting this client while preserving their independence.Boscobel, WiMonday and Wed 11 am to 3 pmBloomington, WISaturday 4:00 PM–8:00 PMThis assignment is a great fit for someone who enjoys companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, outings, light housekeeping, and helping a client stay engaged in her normal routine. The client is largely independent but benefits from gentle reminders, standby safety support, and meaningful companionship.Pay & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour+$1.00/hour for weekend shiftsHome Instead Care Professionals also receive paid training, Paid Time Off (PTO), access to employer-sponsored health benefits, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, holiday pay, hands-on and online training, and support from an office team with 24/7 on-call assistance.RequirementsApplicants must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
