Job description
Caregiver/CNA - SummervilleProvides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager. Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.Responsibilities:Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingSupport mobility: transfers, ambulation, and exercisesTake and record vital signs and report changes in conditionProvide companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping and simple meal preparationQualifications:1 year experience preferredReliable transportationStrong communication and companionshipValid Drivers LicenseWhat we Offer:Next day pay with TapcheckTraining opportunities in our Center of Excellence401K after 1 year for full time with company matchPTO accrual after 90 daysHealth, Dental, Vision benefits for full-time (30 hours weekly) after 90 days
