CaregiverSeniors Helping Seniors® Sun City in-home care services brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort of our care receiver's home. SHS empowers seniors to continue to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.Qualifications:Enjoy working with our senior populationBe a caring, empathetic, compassionate and reliable individualUnderstand the importance of our services to our seniorsHave positive attitude and be dedicated to our SHS missionHigh level of emotional intelligenceAbility to follow detailed instructions to execute our care planMaturity to deal effectively with the demands of the jobMaintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by SHSBe proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completedCompanionship and Homemaker Duties May Include:Provide companionshipAssist with light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…Shopping and errandsMeal preparationMedication remindersPet careLight yard workLight handyman servicesOvernight supervisionIncidental transportation to doctor's appointments, family or their favorite restaurantPersonal Care Duties May Include:Assist with dressingAssist with feedingAssist with showering / bathingMobility assistanceAssist with toileting / incontinenceMemory careOther Responsibilities:Arrive on time for all servicesMaintain documentation of all services provided on your timesheet and the WellSky caregiver toolRecord and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to our office staffCommunicate regularly and proactively with our office staffParticipate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meetings when possibleLog all care visits in the mobile app at the time of service, including time, task completion, and notesCompensation: $18/hour
