Compassionate Caregiver/CNA OpportunityWe are looking for a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our residents.Hourly Range $18.50 - $20.00No wage cap! Refer a friend and after 30 days, receive $200 and after 90 days, receive an additional $800!Responsibilities of Caregiver:Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eatingHelp with mobility around the house or outside (Assisting with ambulating, etc.)Perform housekeeping tasks as necessaryReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residents with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryQualifications of Caregiver:Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related dutiesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateExperience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program (Preferred but not necessary)Take pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)Heritage Property Management is committed to excellence in all we do.
