As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
Assist with personal care, medication management, and daily living activities
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team
