Home Health Aide

Executive Home Care is currently looking to grow its team in the Cape Coral area. Our caregivers are the eyes and ears in the home. They notice changes, communicate concerns, and ensure clients feel respected and safe. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal care

Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers

Observe and report changes in client condition

Maintain a safe and clean environment in the home

Provide companionship and engagement

This role is ideal for caregivers who: Notice the small things that others miss Communicate concerns about clients immediately Treat every client with dignity and patience Take initiative without needing constant direction Show up on time and prepared for their shift If you are looking for a job where you can simply sit with a client and pass the time, this will not be the right environment. Our caregivers remain present, attentive, and professional during their shift.

Requirements:

Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License

Previous caregiving experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow care plans and report concerns

Compensation: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
