Home Health AideExecutive Home Care is currently looking to grow its team in the Cape Coral area. If you are someone who takes pride in doing things the right way — not the easy way — we want to meet you.Responsibilities:Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal careProvide mobility assistance and safe transfersObserve and report changes in client conditionMaintain a safe and clean environment in the homeProvide companionship and engagementThis role is ideal for caregivers who: Notice the small things that others miss Communicate concerns about clients immediately Treat every client with dignity and patience Take initiative without needing constant direction Show up on time and prepared for their shift If you are looking for a job where you can simply sit with a client and pass the time, this will not be the right environment.
