Senior Caregiver OpportunitySenior Helpers of Dayton is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the Yellow Springs, Ohio area.We have immediate openings. Flexible scheduling based on your availability. Part-time and full-time opportunities. Immediate openings across a variety of shifts. Additional shift differentials:Weekday nights: +$1/hour (6 PM–6 AM)Weekend days: +$1.50/hour (6 AM–6 PM)Weekend nights: +$2/hour (6 PM–6 AM)Friendly and supportive work environment. TapCheck.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. Responsibilities include:Assisting seniors with personal care needsProviding companionship and emotional supportHelping clients with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care teamRequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceStrong communication skillsCompassionate attitude and commitment to helping othersPrevious senior care or caregiving experience is a plus, but a caring attitude is essentialAbility to commit to at least 20 consistent hours per week to support continuity of client careWhy Join Senior Helpers?At Senior Helpers, we believe caregivers make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
