CaregiverPay: $17 for caregivers and $18-$25 for CNA Location: Hartford County, CT | In-person Shifts: Days | Evenings | Overnights | Weekends | Live-In / 24-HourWe are hiring reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care and daily living support to seniors and individuals with specialized care needs throughout Hartford County.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's care routinesPrepare meals and provide light housekeepingCommunicate with clients, families, and care team membersFollow care plans and report changes in clients' conditionsMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentQualificationsMinimum 1 year of caregiving experience requiredCNA or PCA certification preferredExperience in senior care or home careExperience working with Dementia and Alzheimer's patientsExperience using a Hoyer Lift and gait belt is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, organized, and dependableCompassionate and professionalTeam-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsIf you are a dedicated and compassionate caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
