Care ProfessionalAlways Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors. We believe our caregivers are our most valuable asset, and we’re looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and support our senior community.As a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Gallatin/Hendersonville and North Nashville Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.Primary Responsibilities:Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Must be 19 years or older.Valid Driver's License, active car insurance required.At least ONE YEAR of caregiving experiencePreferred: Updated TB skin test (Always Best Care will reimburse the cost)Caregiver Benefits:PTO AccrualEarly Pay AccessPaid OrientationPaid Training (In Office or Zoom)Annual RaisesFlexible SchedulingMileage ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusesLocation: Columbia, TN and surrounding areasJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
