Job description
Caregiver PositionWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregivers and Medtechs to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with older adults.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing.Provide companionship and support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversationAssist with medication management and administrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client careCommunicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and managementFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with clients of all agesCompassionate and patient personalityCurrent WA State NAC or Home Care Aide licensePerksCompetitive salaryPaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan (US only), Employer RRSP match (Canada only)Professional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
