We may be a great fit for each other.What You'll DoAs a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people of different ages and abilities. Every client is different, and that's what makes this work so rewarding. Depending on the client's needs, you may:Provide companionship and meaningful social engagementHelp with light housekeeping and keeping the home comfortablePrepare mealsProvide medication remindersAssist with everyday activities and personal needsProvide transportation to appointments, shopping, or errands when neededBuild a trusting relationship with clients and their familiesCommunicate with our care team and help us provide consistent, dependable careBring a little extra kindness to someone's daySometimes the most important thing you do is simply be there.What We Offer$18–$35 per hour, depending on experience and assignmentPaid orientation and ongoing trainingDirect depositTime-and-a-half for overtime and holidaysFlexible schedulingOpportunities for morning, afternoon, and overnight shiftsClients matched as close to home as possibleEmployee recognition programsOpportunities for advancement and management rolesThe opportunity to grow alongside a brand-new local companyMore Than a JobWe're building something different here in Bedford.
