Caregiver OpportunityAt Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Houston, TX.These positions are for an active case and require assisting with all ADL's.Location: Houston, TX Current Need: Houston, TXAll shifts will work with you schedule PRNType of Care: Assisting with all ADL'SResponsibilities:Follow the care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activitiesProvide companionship and ensure client safetyAssist with meal preparation and medication remindersMonitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changesMaintain accurate documentation of care providedFollow all safety and infection control protocolsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisorsRequirements:Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus)CNA certification is ideal but not requiredAbility to pass a background check and reference checkStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion, patience, and professionalismWillingness to travel up to 25 miles when neededCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay with possible bonus pay up to $16/hourShort and mid-length shifts – ideal for supplemental incomeOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and caring work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s lifeEEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston, TX, is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
