Griswold Home Care Caregiver PositionGriswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to serve clients throughout Southwest Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Morrisville.At Griswold, we believe people deserve to live in the homes they love as they age. Our caregivers are at the heart of that mission, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or a flexible schedule that fits your life, we would love to hear from you!What We OfferPay ranging from $16.50–$25.00 per hourWeekly payRates based on experience, client needs, and shift lengthShifts ranging from 1 to 12 hoursFull-time and part-time opportunitiesThe ability to build a schedule around your availabilityPaid trainingOngoing education and professional developmentSupport from our office team 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekA variety of clients and schedules throughout the areaCaregiver ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include:Providing companionship and supervisionAssisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needsPreparing mealsProviding medication remindersAssisting with mobility and transfersPerforming light housekeepingProviding transportation or assistance with errandsHelping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homesCommunicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office teamRequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GEDCurrent TB test or willingness to obtain oneValid driver’s licenseReliable transportation and current auto insuranceAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningDependable, compassionate, and professionalAbility to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold teamCaregiving experience is preferredCNA or PCA certification is a plus but not requiredEvening and weekend availability is especially helpfulIf you are passionate about helping others and want a caregiving position with flexibility, ongoing support, and meaningful work, apply today to join the Griswold Home Care team!This Griswold Home Care office is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
