In addition to helping older adults maintain their health and well-being, you will work to provide them with positive experiences that enhance the quality of their lives.Benefits for Caregivers:$14.00 per hour Monday-Friday & Alternating Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)$12.00 per hour Monday-Friday (Non-Weekend Schedule)Weekly PayPaid Time OffMedical, Dental, Vision Insurances401K PlanAttendance Incentives & Referral BonusesFully Paid Training & Job ShadowingFull-Time or Part-Time Opportunities AvailableWork close to your homeFlexible schedulingResponsibilities for Caregivers:Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their familiesHelp older adults with daily tasks such as light housekeeping and organizationAccompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visitsOrganize transportation, ambulation, and transfersEncourage activity and movementInspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbiesMaintain a trusting and comforting environment in the homeQualifications for Caregivers:Genuine concern about helping peopleExcellent business and personal referencesValid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehiclePermission to submit to random drug and alcohol testingBackground check requiredMust accept responsibility for learning and adhering to Comfort Keepers policies and procedures, be able to function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family membersNO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, just your dedication to providing quality service and your caring heart are required.
