Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OpportunitySynergy HomeCare of Palm Bay provides care to their clients and gives support to their caregivers in making an impact on helping Seniors age in the comfort of their own home.SYNERGY HomeCare is recruiting Certified CNAs for the following area: Indian Harbour Beach. Overnight weeknights and weekendnights available - 12 hour shifts.As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.Assist clients with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.Caregiver benefits include:Employee referral bonusesOngoing on-line trainingRN and Office Staff support 24/7Qualifications & requirements:CNA License (Florida) or certified HHA (Florida) requiredCurrent FIRST AID & CPR certificationCurrent TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 monthsPass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license.Hoyer Lift Experience is a plusSYNERGY HomeCare offers:Competitive pay ($17.00/hr - $17.50/hr depending upon experience and the cases assigned to you)Direct depositW2 employment (not 1099)Flexible schedules (short shifts, day shift, evenings and weekends)
