Caregiver/Personal Care AssistantAlways Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for seniors, supporting their independence and well-being through a wide range of services. With a focus on quality, professionalism, and personalized attention, we strive to enhance the lives of our clients and their families every day.We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This vital role involves delivering high-quality personal care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate nature combined with relevant experience in skilled nursing, home care, or assisted living environments. However, we will train enthusiastic people with compassionate hearts, so don't let a lack of experience keep you from applying!DutiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.Provide transportation to appointments and social gatherings.Follow established care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized care delivery.Document daily activities and completion of care plan. Communicate concerns and client needs with office.Adhere to all company policies and procedures willingly and completely.RequirementsStrong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
