That means:Providing companionship and conversationAssisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)Helping with meals and light housekeepingSupporting mobility and daily routinesBeing a trusted, reliable presence in someone's lifeSome days you're a helper. What We're Looking For A compassionate, dependable personality High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements Fluent in Spanish is a plus! but not required.If you've got the heart, we'll teach the rest.
