Senior Helpers Hiring CaregiversSenior Helpers is hiring caring, loving, and compassionate caregivers in Stafford and Fredericksburg! Our caregivers and staff are treated with respect in an inclusive environment and recognize that the work they do makes a real difference for our clients.Do you possess the following skills?Communication & Interpersonal Skills: compassion and understanding, coaching and encouraging clients, client advocacy--identifying needs and applying relevant resources, relational development, and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving, time management, care coordination, meal planning, shopping, and cooking, light housekeeping, experience organizing, arranging appointments, record keeping, and documentation, transporting clients, and physical stamina.Qualifications:All caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines. We perform a criminal background investigation, reference checks, and DMV record check.PCAs, Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate, CNA licenseAll caregivers must complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients.
