Full-Time Home Service Technician (TruPro)TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with over 120 locations that provides trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families. TruBlue Serving the North State is looking for a skilled and dependable Home Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about using your skills to help others and support your local community, we'd love to have you on board.What We Are Looking For...Job Capability • Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable) • Possesses a valid driver's license • Able to consistently work required hours • Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties Skills • Proficient in Kitchen and Bath Remodels • Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills • Ability to read and write legibly • Possesses basic math and computer skills • Ability to communicate with others • Ability to perform services required by our customers • Ability to follow TruBlue's policies and procedures • Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair • Possesses own tools and knows how to use them Values • Strong work ethic; takes pride in their work • Honest, ethical and trustworthy • Enjoys a safe, fun work environment • Enjoys customer interaction Personality • Leadership and/or potential ability • Enjoys structure on the job (follow TruBlue system) • Sincere and pleasant to work with • Works well with minimal supervision • Self-motivated • Likes a variety of work • Even-tempered, flexible to deal with customer needs as they arise • Detail-oriented What We Value…RESPECT – We treat everyone as we want to be treated.
