Job description
CarpenterJoin a skilled trades team supporting the Dallas VA Medical Center. We're hiring experienced carpenters to help maintain, renovate, and improve one of the nation's largest federal healthcare facilities.The Carpenter will perform commercial construction, renovation, and maintenance work including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, and other structural improvements throughout the facility.Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesConstruct and repair walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and trim.Install drywall, acoustical ceilings, paneling, and finish materials.Safely operate carpentry tools while maintaining OSHA standards.QualificationsOSHA Certification required.Commercial carpentry experience required.Government, institutional, or healthcare experience preferred.What's In It for You?Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends offOpportunity to support a federal healthcare facilityVariety of commercial construction and renovation projectsJoin an experienced skilled trades teamImmediate openings on a short-term federal contractReady to put your skills to work?
