Carpenter / Maintenance Technician Apex, NC | Direct Hire $25-$30/hr DOE Established industry leader in Apex is looking for a hands-on Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to join the team. If you' re experienced with carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance, we want to talk to you. What We Offer: Direct Hire Position $25-$30/hour based on experience Paid Holidays & PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) What You' ll Do: Build, repair, and refurbish furniture, fixtures, displays, and other inventory items Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, molding, and repairs Handle routine facility maintenance, painting, patching, and renovations Troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work independently and complete projects with quality workmanship What We' re Looking For: 3+ years of carpentry, construction, or maintenance experience Skilled with hand and power tools Knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance Dependable with a strong work ethic Valid driver' s license and reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Bonus Skills: Commercial maintenance experience Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or painting knowledge Trade school training or OSHA certification If you take pride in your work, can solve problems on the fly, and enjoy building and fixing things, we' d like to hear from you.
