Carpenter / Maintenance TechnicianEstablished industry leader in Apex is looking for a hands-on Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to join the team. If you're experienced with carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance, we want to talk to you.What We Offer:Direct Hire Position$25-$30/hour based on experiencePaid Holidays & PTOMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)What You'll Do:Build, repair, and refurbish furniture, fixtures, displays, and other inventory itemsPerform carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, molding, and repairsHandle routine facility maintenance, painting, patching, and renovationsTroubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeWork independently and complete projects with quality workmanshipWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of carpentry, construction, or maintenance experienceSkilled with hand and power toolsKnowledge of general building repairs and maintenanceDependable with a strong work ethicValid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentBonus Skills:Commercial maintenance experienceBasic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or painting knowledgeTrade school training or OSHA certificationIf you take pride in your work, can solve problems on the fly, and enjoy building and fixing things, we'd like to hear from you.
