Carpenter ForemanAre you a seasoned carpenter ready to take the lead? We're looking for a Carpenter Foreman who knows how to build—and how to bring out the best in a crew.This role is for the builder who:Leads by example and isn't afraid to get their hands dirtyKeeps projects moving, teams motivated, and standards highCommunicates clearly with clients, crews, and contractorsTakes pride in craftsmanship and job site excellenceWhat You'll Do:Oversee daily site operations and manage crew productivityRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsEnsure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are metCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliersMentor and train carpenters and laborersWhat You Bring:5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (foreman or lead preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to solve problems and adapt on the flyA deep knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methodsDriver's license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethicWhat We Offer:Opportunities for advancement and professional developmentA tight-knit team that values respect, hard work, and craftsmanshipStep up and lead with confidence.
