As a Carpenter at Mission Mobile Medical, you won't just build and customize interiors-you'll help create mobile medical clinics that expand access to healthcare and support communities across the country. General
As a Carpenter , you will:
Work with hardwoods, laminates, stains, paints, varnishes, plywood, and plastic sheeting
Customize and build projects according to client specifications
Perform caulking, paint preparation, and final assembly tasks
Execute construction, fabrication, and finish work with precision
Carry out finish and trim carpentry work in alignment with plans and specifications
Measure, cut, and install fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, and ceiling panels
Clean and prepare units for final completion
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure project alignment
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building components and equipment
Operate hand tools including handsaws, table saws, circular saws, and various drills
Install hardware such as hinges and handles with accuracy
Reinforce joints and attachments to enhance durability while maintaining aesthetic appeal

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 3+ years of experience
Performance : Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
Talents & Abilities
Demonstrated strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
Skilled in finish carpentry and cabinet installation with attention to detail
Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize project outcomes
Flexibility to assist with general construction and fabrication tasks as needed
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 30+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Salary & Benefits
80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
Medical insurance - 100% employer contribution, participating plans
$10K Life insurance - 100% employer contribution
Dental/Vision - employee contribution
401K - 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
Weekly payday, every Friday
Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Pay range $20 - $24 per hour
