Carpenter Job DescriptionEngage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.Responsibilities:Perform residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.Keep work areas clean and organized.Conduct exterior and interior general framing, wood framing.Perform interior trim installs, cabinets, countertops.Build decks, install flooring, and conduct interior/exterior door installation.Install windows, siding, and roofing.Essential Skills:Proficiency in construction, carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry.Experience in drywall and rough carpentry.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Middleton, WI.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Work Environment: You will work in smaller field crews, typically alongside a team of about eight internal field employees. Projects include both new construction and renovation or remodel work on residential and commercial properties. The role is hands-on and site-based, requiring regular use of carpentry tools and construction equipment. You can expect an active job site environment where maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace is a daily priority.
