Precisely cut, measure and install construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for carpentry tasks. Install anchor bolts, steel embed plates, and other fixtures in formwork. Removal and wrecking of formwork after concrete has cured. General knowledge and ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.General Carpenter: Build, install, and maintain handrails and temporary enclosures. Install interior blocking, and have knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware. Install interior protections, floor coverings, and waterproofing. General understanding plans and specifications to guide construction. Precisely cut, measure and install construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for carpentry tasks. Collaborate and work with plumbers, electricians, and other professionals on construction projects.Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years commercial carpentry experience requiredWork in compliance with safety protocols and enforce the company standardsPerform work outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsAbility to work at elevated heights and lift up to 75 poundsStrong work ethic and commitment to safety on the jobsiteCommitment to train, mentor, and share knowledge and skills with apprentices or junior carpentersWhy Work With Us:At Brasfield & Gorrie, our purpose is building exceptional people, trusting relationships, great projects, and strong communities.
