This position involves hands-on field work supporting a variety of construction activities, including forming, framing, concrete placement, and installation of doors, hardware, and specialty items.Typical DutiesBuild forms for small walls and structuresFrame walls and build temporary structuresInstall hardware, specialty finishes, and accessoriesBuild scaffolding, platforms, railings, and temporary wallsRead basic plans and perform layout and measurementsPour and finish concreteRig materials for lifting and set materials in placeProvide hand signal instructions to equipment operatorsOperate hand tools and power tools safelyFollow all OSHA safety proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications3+ years of experience in construction or a related fieldAbility to understand, follow, and communicate written and verbal instructionsAbility to give and understand hand signalsReliable attendance and punctualityPre?Employment Requirements: Applicants offered employment must successfully complete a drug/alcohol screening and a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE).
