Entry-Level CarpenterFull-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime AvailablePay: Up to $25.00 per hourWe're seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Carpenter to join our growing construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the trades while gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters learning framing, drywall installation, finish work, renovations, and general construction skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist with framing, drywall installation, trim work, and general carpentry tasks.Help install cabinets, countertops, baseboards, doors, and other finish materials.Measure, cut, and assemble materials under the direction of experienced team members.Safely operate basic hand and power tools.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.Assist with general construction labor and job site preparation.Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.QualificationsPrevious construction, carpentry, landscaping, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.Ability to use or learn common hand and power tools.Reliable transportation and strong attendance.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.OSHA 10 Certification is a plus, but not required.Why Join Us?Starting pay up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.Overtime opportunities available.On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities.Health, dental, and retirement benefits available.Paid holidays and vacation time.Stable, year-round work with a growing company.Supportive team environment focused on safety and professional development.Schedule & Work EnvironmentMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime and occasional weekend work availableIndoor and outdoor construction projectsLocal travel to job sites as neededApply today and start building a rewarding career in carpentry with a team that values hard work, training, and long-term growth!This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orchard Park, NY.The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
