CarpenterStart ASAP - Weekly PayPay: $22/hr-$26/hr with FlexibilityWe are seeking skilled carpenters to join our growing team in the Black Hills area. The ideal candidate will have experience with rough and/or finish carpentry on commercial, residential, and/or industrial buildings. This role involves working on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for individuals that are able to provide precision, efficiency, a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you are interested in pursuing your next long-term opportunity in the construction industry please apply to speak with one of our recruiters.Pay:$22-$26/hr with needed experience starting day 1Pay is Depending on ExperienceFlexible and willing to pay for the experience/skillsResponsibilities:Perform carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry.Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately.Install cabinetry, countertops, caseworks, trim work, and drywall when necessary.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.Hours:7am-5pm (hours flexible depending on project)Skills:Proven experience in rough and/or finish carpentryStrong attention to detail and precision measurements, cuts, and installs.Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints.Proficiency with hand and power tools used in tile and countertop installation.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k MatchSeize the opportunity to build your future with us apply now and become an integral part of our team!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rapid City, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
