We work hard, support one another, and hire people who care about doing things the right way.As a Carpenter, you'll work on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, helping bring projects to life from demolition and framing to finishes and site cleanup. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment where quality and teamwork matter.What You'll DoPerform skilled carpentry and general construction workAssist with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finish workParticipate in demolition, site preparation, and site protectionRead and work from plans, drawings, and instructionsOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyLoad, unload, and organize materials and equipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteSupport teammates and contribute to project successWhat We're Looking For2+ years of construction or carpentry experienceKnowledge of basic construction methods, tools, and safety practicesAbility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportationMost importantly, we're looking for someone who:Shows up on time and ready to workTakes pride in quality craftsmanshipTreats coworkers, clients, and job sites with respectHas a positive attitude and team-first mindsetIs dependable, honest, and accountableWants to be part of a company where people stay and growWhy Uniplex?Because culture matters.We're not interested in hiring the most talented person with a bad attitude.
