Performs capital improvement projects to include rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting and janitorial related to major renovations and rehabs – Advanced.2. Possess reliable transportation and be able to drive to company-owned locations as needed.3. Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time. Home on the weekends.4. Follows safe work practices.5. Travels to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of building trades – Advanced.Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines.Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and specifications.Proven operation of equipment and tools needed for the role; Must have own hand and power tools.Must Have Current Driver's License, Vehicle, and Insurance.Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing.Must Be Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight.
