Paul Davis Carpenter

Reports To: Project Managers, Department Manager or Owner "A mind built for excellence. A spirit built for service."

What Does A Paul Davis Carpenter Do?

Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers and home owners helping bring projects of all sizes to completion.

Job site management - assisting with scheduling and oversight of sub contractors

Hands on carpentry - all aspects from trim to cabinets, emergency boards ups to punchlists.

Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others

Role On The Team (Job Functions):

Completion of work orders generated by the PMs

Communicate directly with homeowners

Assist PMS with delivery of materials

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Participate in local community events.

Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.

Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
