Residential CarpenterWe are seeking a highly motivated residential Carpenter to join our team in the Richmond, VA area!This is an onsite Carpenter position for an apartment community - Abbington West End Apartments.This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed! Working hours are currently Mon-Fri.Weinstein Properties owns and manages all of our properties which provides stability and growth opportunities!Compensation:Pay - starting at $24 per hour depending on experienceQuarterly Bonus – $980 potential (based on performance of property and team)Benefits - vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company matchRequirements:Carpenter candidates must possess at least 4 years of residential carpentry experience.Job duties include demolition, sheet rock installation/repair, kitchen & bath renovations, door installation, framing and trim work.Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus!Must have and use your own tools.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license REQUIRED.DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.Our ideal candidate would be someone who:Makes repairs right the first time – no band-aids!Takes pride in their work.Is self-motivated and hardworking.Wants to be busy all day, every day!Has a strong sense of urgency.Has a positive attitude and is helpful to teammates.If you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and this job sounds like it is for you - apply online!Weinstein Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
