Work independently and within team settings doing a variety of construction related tasks. Work independently and within team settings to produce great quality work for our company, as you increase your job skills.Job Description:Assist with all aspects in production of our jobsLearn and share constructions skillsAssist in jobsite, shop, and vehicle clean upAssist in jobsite safetyQualifications:Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and drug screen (REQUIRED)Must have a valid driver's license (REQUIRED)Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 80lbsMust be willing to learn, adopt and follow company core valuesGood manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and balanceConfident enough to work at heightsAble to read and understand warning signs and labels on a construction siteCan interpret written instructions and specificationsHave basic problem-solving and math skillsHands-on experience in residential or commercial remodelingThe ability to interact and communicate appropriately with supervisor(s), management the crew, subcontractors, and clients.What We Offer:Job Type: Full-time hourly position; but could be part time or seasonal.Pay based on experience.
