CarpenterSeattle, Washington, United StatesAbout the JobAutonomy Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our client's team in the Seattle metro area. This role involves a range of construction and remodeling tasks, from framing to finish work, and offers long-term opportunities for growth with a respected local contractor. If you take pride in craftsmanship, work well independently or with a crew, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim, drywall backing, siding, doors, and window installationMeasure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to project specificationsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyInterpret blueprints, sketches, and building plansEnsure work is completed to quality standards and in compliance with local building codesMaintain a clean and safe work environment on job sitesCollaborate with team members, site supervisors, and subcontractors as neededQualifications2+ years of professional carpentry experience (framing and/or finish work)Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawingsProficient with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipmentReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseMust have standard PPE (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, etc.)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsPunctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferredExperience in residential and/or commercial constructionOwn set of tools (strongly preferred)Competitive pay based on experience.
