Job description
Carpenter or FramerWe are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team! You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood.Install structures and fixtures like windows, doors, and cabinets.Frame walls, floors, and roofs.Perform trim carpentry tasks.Hours:7am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)Skills:At least 1 year of experience in carpentry or framing, particularly in residential construction.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety standards and general construction practices.Job Type & Location:This is a permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
