Carpenter (Skilled)CARPENTER (SKILLED) – Direct Hire Location: Manitowoc, WI Schedule: 1st shift — Mon–Thurs 7:00am–4:30pm, Fri 7:00am–Noon (overtime possible; may be short notice) Pay: $26–$40/hour (based on experience)The ideal candidate is willing to learn, is motivated, seeks continuous growth, and is passionate about providing a quality product.Required / Preferred ExperienceRequired: 3+ years of carpentry experiencePreferred: 5–7+ years of experienceWhat You'll Do / Skills NeededGeneral framing knowledgeInstall windows and doors (including proper exterior flashing)Install LP and vinyl sidingBuild stair systemsHandle a variety of remodeling tasksWillingness to work at heightsAbility to lay out walls, floor systems, and trusses per plansAbility to read and interpret blueprintsLeadership experience or interest in growing into a lead carpenter/foreman roleCulture / Why This RoleJoin a team that values family first, producing quality work, and creating an atmosphere of transparency and honesty.
