Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region's only EMCO program and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned equipment and systems.Maintain records of inspections, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in construction and renovation projects as requested.QualificationsJob Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience as carpenter and general maintenance work and/or the completion of apprenticeship in the trade.Completion of apprenticeship in the trade in lieu of above stated experience.Must be thoroughly familiar with tools, methods, techniques, equipment and procedures normally associated with trade.Comply with regulatory requirements, guidelines, and policies.
