Carpenter in Walnut, IllinoisWe are hiring a Carpenter for a full-time 1st shift position in Walnut, Illinois. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building custom floor systems and wall panels for residential and commercial locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.Responsibilities of the Carpenter:Construct and repair building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes.Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Requirements and Qualifications:Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Good problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous carpentry experience preferred.Pay for Carpenter: Starting at $18/hour.Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.Schedule: Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm, overtime available on Saturdays.
