CarpenterLocation: Wilmington, MASchedule: 1st Shift, Monday-FridayTravel: Occasional travel to local project sites using company vehiclesJob SummaryJoin a growing team building high-quality modular homes. In this role, you'll perform a variety of carpentry tasks in both a manufacturing facility and on residential job sites, including framing, assembly, and installation of structural components. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!ResponsibilitiesFrame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components.Install doors, windows, sheathing, subfloors, and other building materials.Read and interpret construction drawings and shop plans.Safely operate hand and power tools.Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area.Work collaboratively to meet production and installation schedules.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction.Experience with framing, installation, or general carpentry work.Ability to read a tape measure and safely use common carpentry tools.Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.Blueprint reading experience is a plus.Pay$20-$30/hr based on experienceHigher pay may be available for highly experienced/skilled carpentersWhy Join Us?Be part of an innovative company transforming the future of housing through modular construction. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
