Punch List CarpenterWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Punch List Carpenter to join our team. This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover.Key Responsibilities:Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projectsPerform touch-up and finish work including:Paint touch-ups and minor repaintingDrywall patching, repair, and texture matchingCabinetry adjustments and repairsTrim installation and repairsDoor and hardware adjustmentsBasic carpentry modifications and correctionsIdentify deficiencies and proactively address quality issuesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCoordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasksQualifications:4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience (commercial or large scale, multi family residential preferred).Strong knowledge of construction finishing processesAbility to complete detailed work with minimal supervisionSkilled in paint, drywall repair, cabinetry adjustments, and trim workAbility to read punch lists and follow project specificationsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
