Job description

High‑End Residential Builder & Remodeler Field Leadership Role

If you’ve ever been told you “move too fast,” “expect too much,” or “care more than everyone else on the jobsite,” you’re our kind of person. We build and remodel high‑end homes, and our standards are higher than most. Our pace is faster, too. We need someone who thrives in that environment — someone who can lead carpenters, keep jobs moving, and solve problems before they become delays.

Position Type

Full-time

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday

Paid holidays and vacations

Dental and vision insurance

Fridays off

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily and weekly scheduling for all carpenters

Assign scope of work and ensure tasks are completed with precision

Track labor hours, productivity, and progress across multiple job sites

Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment so crews never stall

Troubleshoot issues onsite — scope conflicts, missing materials, unclear plans, unexpected conditions

Support project managers with real‑time field updates and solutions

Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and quality standards

Keep momentum high and eliminate bottlenecks before they hit the schedule

Position Qualifications

Who You Are

You don’t wait for direction — you anticipate what’s needed and make it happen

You thrive when multiple jobs are moving at once

You communicate clearly, directly, and professionally

You hold carpenters to a high standard because you hold yourself to one

You stay calm when things get messy and solve problems fast

You understand residential construction deeply — especially how carpentry drives the entire schedule

You like being the person who keeps everything running smoothly

What You Bring

Strong carpentry background or field management experience

Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and direct crews effectively

Experience coordinating materials and labor

Ability to adapt BuilderTrend into your daily routine

Confidence making decisions on the jobsite

A mindset built for speed, accuracy, and accountability

Leadership skills that elevate the entire carpentry team

Why Join Us

We’re growing fast, and we want someone who doesn’t just keep up — someone who helps us level up. You’ll be a key part of our field operations, shaping how projects run and how our carpentry team performs. If you like your days full, your work meaningful, and your standards high, you’ll fit right in.

If this sounds like you, we want to meet you. If it sounds like too much, that’s okay — we’re not the right fit for everyone.
