Keller Inc. Carpenter PositionKeller Inc. is a 100% employee-owned Design/Build General Contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, WI with locations in Sun Prairie, Germantown, and Wausau. Our employee-owners are dependable, hold each other accountable and take pride in our work.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate 1-4 crew members in daily dutiesPerform rough and finish carpentry with crew on Commercial and Agricultural projectsRead and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plansEnsure work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and enforce safety protocols and regulationsWork with sub-contractors to coordinate schedules and work areasTrain and mentor carpentry crew membersCoordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure smooth workflowManage inventory of materials and equipmentTrack and report work progress to project managersEfficiently work in a fast paced environment with detailed workmanshipAddress any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
