Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, and pass a drug/alcohol test and background check. The role is physically demanding, with employees on their feet most of the day, going up and down stairs, pulling hoses, and carrying tools (8–10 lbs). Uniform shirts are provided; employees must wear comfortable, hole-free bottoms and slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes. On-call rotations every other night and weekend. Employees drive themselves to locations and receive IRS-approved mileage reimbursement. They must track miles driven, submit the form for manager approval and signature. Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted but must use Google Translate.Carpet Cleaning Assistant Qualifications:No previous carpet cleaning experience required; training can be provided.Must be comfortable performing physical, hands-on work and working on your feet.Must be dependable and available to work an on-call schedule as needed.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures.Must meet all required pre-employment screening requirements.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
