If you have a passion for cleanliness and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Benefits:401(k)Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryFlexible schedulePaid time offTraining & developmentVision insuranceResponsibilities:Lead and manage carpet cleaning projects from start to finish.Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and techniques.Perform deep cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and solutions.Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for carpet care.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.Document and report job progress and customer feedback accurately.Requirements:Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.Certification in carpet cleaning preferred but not required.About Us:Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson has been serving the community for over a decade, providing top-notch restoration and cleaning services.
