We seek professionals who embody our core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.What You Get To Do:Be part of our team that has exponentially grown to help further expand the company's carrier network by targeting and developing new enterprise carrier partners through high-volume phone calls, email, and in-person visits then maintaining those relationships with outstanding serviceNegotiate market-driven rates and ensure shipment on timeEnable our carrier partners and drivers to utilize our cutting-edge online platform to communicate, book, and track loads autonomouslySupport Loadsmart's shippers with customized transportation solutions to support their long-term consistent businessRelay carrier feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve our technology to meet the needs of customers and carrier partnersDrive efficiencies through the utilization of best-in-class technology toolsRequired Qualifications:Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
